Don't want to blackpill anyone, but Nifty's dollar-adjusted return over the last 5 years has been roughly 5% CAGR. Think about this for a minute: Your salary is in rupees. Your index return is in rupees. Your mental calculations for retirement are in rupees. But your lifestyle inflation is increasingly dollar-linked: phones, laptops, oil, travel, higher education, cars, protein supplements, cloud subscriptions, SaaS tools, electronics, cameras, gaming consoles, etc.
Gurjot Ahluwalia@gurjota

If your financial advisor told you Nifty gives you 12% CAGR, they lied to you. If your retirement planning is based on Nifty giving 12% CAGR, you're in for a rude shock. Returns in next 15-20 years are likely to be same or lower than the past. Plan wisely.

THREAD🧵 Gensis of Pakistan's "War from India's East" EXCLUSIVE: We studied a Pakistan-based information warfare wing for 3 months. The origins of this operation traces back to August 2025, when Pakistan's Army Chief Field Marshal Asim Munir stated "We'll start from India's East." This marked Pakistan's shift from a western-front-centric posture to exploiting vulnerabilities in India's Northeast. 1/10 @aravind @ShekharGupta @spvaid @sneheshphilip @AnchorAnandN @ARanganathan72 @jsaideepak @major_pawan @easterncomd @official_dgar @OsintTV @HMOIndia @AmitShahOffice @AmitShah @PMOIndia @DefenceMinIndia @SandeepUnnithan @manupubby @ShivAroor @VishnuNDTV @gauravcsawant @dubey_ajit

@shiv_cybersurg Did the CDS Bipin Rawat also used to take "inputs" from the top leaders when he made those infamous statements?

A chief of staff of any of our armed forces is a person who has to take inputs from the top leaders of the country such as PM, HM and RM and speak the way a politician might speak in public. Thousands of X handles know only street thugs and think chiefs must talk like them. 😛

@ARanganathan72 I don't why but this feels scripted. Like it was purposely decided to put this way for people to consume and I am pretty sure the political leadership is the one which decided to throw this scripted interview for the country

We delayed Operation Sindoor strikes to make sure Pak terror camps were not destroyed when people inside those terror camps were offering namaz, because sabka malik ek hai. - Indian Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi

Why was a Pakistani masjid not hit during namaz in Op Sindoor. To avoid civilian casualties. Is that difficult to understand?

So Russian intelligence agencies tipped off Indian intelligence agencies to nab Ukrainian/CIA agents in the North East. I think Indian intelligence agencies carried out this operation WITHOUT informing PMO or Home Ministry. Right now - Indian intelligence agencies are divided into two factions. One faction is loyal to Modi/Doval & other faction is loyal to the motherland.

Dear followers and supporters, The past few days have been very troubling for me. This account has always stood as a pro-India platform. Its only purpose has been to expose Pakistani terrorists, their propaganda networks, and the ecosystem that tries to mislead people against our country. For a long time this page has worked as a counter to the propaganda coming from across the border. Unfortunately, in the last few days some State/UT police units have registered cases against this account and have even sent requests to X seeking my details. It is extremely painful and unfortunate that an account which has always stood with India, supported our security forces, and exposed hostile narratives is now facing action. What hurts the most is that the very system and security forces I have always defended and worked for are now being used against me. This account never stood for anything except India and against terrorism. Yet today I find myself being treated like the problem.

I'm standing with you, & I'll always be on your side. We've faced similar issues earlier too, we've resolved them, we'll resolve this time too. All the major osint handles are 24x7 monitored by state police & agencies. The majority of them appreciate our work, but then suddenly a random state police joins the party and file a complaint against you, Complaint for what ? For representing India ? Or For debunking propaganda of ISPR Or For posting Pro Armed force content ? To be honest,It demotivates. What are their purposes, to ask X administration about the personal details of major defence pages ? Shameful ! All the posts are already available on the X & TG channel, you won't find even a single anti india post on our sister channel @Osinttv. I'm just speechless. It'll be resolved, but what is the point of harassing pro India handles ?

Exclusive: Hidden cam video captures Pakistani terrorist explaining possible assassination plot against Donald Trump. Main points from the hidden-cam recording: • Identifying the "target" amid a crowd. • Surveillance (mapping movements, routines). Using a silencer, ranges (1200 meters for sniper rifle), close-range pistol shots, point-blank. • Considering different attack angles

Actually compared to everyone else, India and Pakistan have still fought very civilised, even gentlemanly wars - no civilian targets, no non-military infrastructure, no attacks on population centres. Maybe in future wars it will change. But until last year (including Op Sindoor) both desisted from deliberate targeting of civilians. What is more, neither has been interested in endless wars. PM Modi did the smart thing last year by accepting Pakistani request for ceasefire. India’s objective had been achieved and dragging on the conflict would have been counterproductive. Perhaps there is something after all which the world can learn from us.
Abhijit Iyer-Mitra@Iyervval

Reports: Tehran’s CIVILIAN Mehrabad airport has been hit & so has a passenger plane. After (rightly) condemning Iran for attacking civilian infrastructure in the gulf, you go & do the EXACT same thing? Creating moral equivalence is stupid & undermines your own narrative

Update on the case(No FIR: 14 months have passed): My 3rd hearing in Delhi High Court is on 12 March, and I'm receiving DEATH THREATS. If any physical harm occurs to me, Rahul Balhara(IPS,Tripura cadre) must be held responsible. Putting it on the record.

What happens when an IPS trainee from the Tripura cadre smashes a whiskey glass on your head in Delhi, for sadistic pleasure? Here’s the sequence of events: 1.6th December, 10:50 PM: The attack takes place at a wedding venue in Kapashera, Delhi. 2.10:57 PM: A PCR call is made as I’m rushed to the hospital. #punish_rahulbalharaips

@aravind @aravind but during the may conflict last year, you mentioned that India should not fall into the DS trap of escalating and avoid war at all cost. I believe we were better prepared this time as against 2020

Early in 2020, just shortly after Covid-19 was declared a pandemic by WHO, I had told my friends that China will do something against India to distract attention from Covid and the issues it may face because of it. I was right. By May we saw China clash with India at the LAC and by June we had Galwan. And at that time, I had said India needs to militarily escalate steeply with China immediately without falling for "China is superpower" propaganda or a having "we are unprepared" doubts. India did push back strongly and held its ground and eventually chased back the so called superpower. But I still maintain if India had escalated, by the end of summer, India would have taken back Aksai Chin. The PLA's untrained school boys who were sent and their corrupt drunk officers wouldn't have lasted holding on to any territory at those heights. But I think India had doubts about its own preparedness and strength during an upcoming Covid wave and I believe our strategic community really over-estimated (and still over-estimate) China due to their propaganda. When I saw China do over-propaganda of "winning" against India in 2020 using silly videos both at home and abroad, I became very sure they had already got the shock of their lives and were very worried India may escalate. They behave that way only when they are weak. I still believe India shouldn't have fallen for their prolonged negotiations giving them time to test every inch of the LAC, prepare, acclimatize, and strengthen themselves. India must have put a limit on the rounds of negotiations and gone for kinetic action without worrying too much. Anyway, the next time China tries something at the LAC, India must surely have a policy of extraordinary and unpredictable escalation without caring about consequences. Such a strategic posture and policy by themselves will deter China. As I keep saying, China will never fight India on a full scale war. It will only try to claim superiority using surprise attacks and small captures of territory one day. In such a case, India must never agree to any talks, as they will ask for, and directly go for escalation.

Joe Rogan: "[Alex Jones] was the guy who told me about Epstein's Island more than a decade ago and I thought it was the craziest thing I'd ever heard. I was like, what are you saying? Like it sounds like a plot in a movie—there's an island where they fly famous rich scientists and politicians, and they compromise them with underage girls and get it on film so they could use it against them? Like, what? That sounds like horsesh*t. But turns out it was true." Makes you wonder what else Alex Jones is right about.
