@cathrynlavery I am still hanging on iterm2 with tmux integration + zsh. Works for me.

So you can’t advance a fumble on 4th down unless you’re the fumbling player but you can on a two point conversion? I’d Imagine that’s a rule the league revisits this offseason

The Refs gave the Seahawks the 2-point conversion. I've never seen anything like this. Absolutely insane 🤯🤯

@comm_a_nder @mlevenhagen @faehigzudenken Dieses Risiko besteht auch, wenn das Gericht der Nutzung des Bildmaterials zustimmt. Damit kann das eigentlich kein Argument sein.

Heute mit einem Installateur in Berlin telefoniert. Am Wochenende wurden 2 seiner Fahrzeuge aufgebrochen und vieles gestohlen. Die Täter sind auf dem Video der Hofüberwachung gut zu sehen und nicht maskiert. Die Polizei darf die Bilder aber nicht einfach zur Fahndung verwenden, wurde ihm gesagt. Darüber muss ein Richter entscheiden. Aktuell würden solche Verfahren 12-14 Monate dauern. Täterschutz geht in Deutschland vor Opferschutz. Traurig.

@faehigzudenken Nach meinem Rechtsempfinden haben die Täter, als sie die Entscheidung getroffen haben eine Straftat zu begehen, ihr Recht auf das eigene Bild und Datenschutz verwirkt. Hier müssten dringend die Gesetze geändert werden.
