I’m in a very difficult situation and I don’t know what to do. For the last 5 years I’ve been very sick and have seen hundreds of specialists. I’ve also been hospitalized multiple times. Most doctors either said dysautonomia, anxiety, or told my family something like “he is going to die.” After so many bad experiences, my father is extremely stressed and doesn’t want to see doctors anymore. At this point we manage almost everything ourselves. Today I had to change my J-tube with a surgeon as an emergency in his private suite because going through the hospital system has become very difficult for us. My main diagnoses are severe ME/CFS and dysautonomia with many neurological symptoms. But lately my biggest concern is not only the ME/CFS — I’m extremely malnourished. I’m about 30 kg and fed through a J-tube. We have seen nutritionists and the advice is always the same: more calories, supplements, formulas. We already do all of that, but I’m still very weak and underweight. The complicated part is my father. He takes very good care of me and he is the only person I have, but he is exhausted and traumatized by the medical system after so many bad experiences. If I bring up doctors, he will usually argue against it. I’m too weak to fight with him or have confrontations about my health, and I don’t want to damage the relationship with the only person who is caring for me. Sometimes I even wonder if having a doctor would actually help after everything we experienced. But when something becomes an emergency — like the feeding tube or dehydration — not having medical support becomes an ordeal. So I feel stuck between needing help and not wanting to create conflict with the person who is taking care of me. Has anyone with severe chronic illness ended up in a situation like this? How do you handle medical care when your caregiver is exhausted and the system has repeatedly failed you? #severemecfs #Awareness

presales are not the solution for snipers there should be a reason why we moved from presales to "fair-launches"

@FamKien People don’t get one thing: if you avoid snipers, you also avoid fast alpha-finders, and that would kill the high-ROI potential that drives the whole Farcaster/Base/Clanker community. Snipers are just alpha-finders with better technical skills.

🇫🇷 State of mainstream crypto in 🇫🇷 Éric Larcheveque, Ledger cofounder, gave a keynote to launch a BTC treasury company, 1 year late, with added MLM membership features & Tony Parker as cofounder. Peak cringe as he tried a joke about avoiding Pac-Man on screen & nobody laughs.

@paragraph_xyz "Anyone who was holding an affected writer coin has received a proportionate allocation for the new coin" I still hold the first affected $AVC, how to get my proportionate allocation for the new one?

Paragraph@paragraph_xyz·
A quick update on writer coins: we discovered an issue on Friday that prevented the market cap of early writer coins from increasing beyond $10k. We fixed this for $AVC and all newly created coins on Friday, and we've right now gone ahead and helped the other affected writers re-launch their coins with the proper liquidity params. - Anyone who was holding an affected writer coin has received a proportionate allocation for the new coin - Reward recipients also need to re-claim rewards For both, you can claim at paragraph.com/claim or on the writer's claim page.

Fred Wilson puts his 2nd article out talking about $avc and potential price payout for writers @frankdegods blasts 20k and then another wallet puts 100k to a 5M token Probably the most attention Paragraph/Mirror has gotten since 2022 and its at the worst time of the market

I think the best part is @fredwilson has written he is trying to provide value to holders of the coin, which feels like clear messaging the token is not just an experiment. I gave it to you at 300k. It’s 3M now. Higher.

i really think @avc has all the halmarks of a good coin with really good associations (paragraph, usv, coinbase etc.)

I'd like to call your attention to a brand new launch I found on @paragraph_xyz. I found quite a bit of alpha, and it seems the market hasn't fully realized yet. $AVC 0x06FC3D5D2369561e28F261148576520F5e49D6ea @avc is a project by @fredwilson, founder of the esteemed venture capital firm @usv. AVC is a highly acclaimed tech & VC blog, boasting a decades-long history and thousands of big-time subscribers such as @mickymalka (CEO Ribbit Capital) and multiple Coinbase executives. @paragraph_xyz is relatively new, with large backing from multiple VC's and close ties to @coinbase and @base. Like @zora, but for authors/writers/journalists. Instead of Creator Coins, there are Author Coins. A competitor to giants like @substack, by allowing authors to earn more (and direct) pay. AVC is the first major example of Paragraph's vision, and may very well be the flagship token that catapults Paragraph into the public spotlight. AVC is not just a blog. You see, Fred Wilson's VC @usv actually invested in @paragraph_xyz. He saw the disruptive power Paragraph can bring to the previously-untouchable written-press industry. In his own writing, Fred announced his complete departure from web2, now exclusively using only web3 tooling (Twitter -> Farcaster) (.com -> .xyz). @fredwilson's blog (avc.xyz), despite recent domain migration, has already amassed almost 50,000 subscribers and counting of loyal readers. Fred's vision for $AVC (including utility) is detailed in his own words there. I suggest you read about his plan and mission.
