@ChaseSupport @rob_belcher Why'd you reply privately? Presumably he wanted to communicate in public because he tweeted to you publicly. You would gain more trust in the eyes of us seeing these tweet threads if you shared how you're helping this person. Relate to a human as a human. Not a robot.

Hey @jpmorgan and @Chase, I just wanted to let you know that not only am I going to leave your bank, but I'm also going to begin pursuing conversations moving towards a class action lawsuit over how you've handled the First Republic transition (because I definitely don't already have enough going on). You've already cost us $10s of thousands of dollars in time and still don't function + your support team can't just be incompetent at this point... they're actual liars. And it's all recorded. And I've talked to dozens of other insanely unhappy folks at this point too... #freeourmoney

@kiasmos_ Whoever you're using for tickets for your Nov Seattle show seems to be very inept (ticketweb.com). I've tried to purchase tickets using multiple credit cards, multiple browsers, multiple devices, and multiple internet connections. Same error every time.

i can't believe i put up with using the free version of DaVinci Resolve for the past year. Studio is just miles better and is probably the only software that can justify a $300 asking price Gotta support companies that don't have stupid subscription models (Adobe...)

Warning for all: Never rent from @hertz! They can’t even explain their own receipt line items to me! (Never mind that their website says the receipt will be sent instantly upon vehicle return and it took them 6 days)

Oh also I’ve been charged an additional $200 by you with no indication of what that’s for. I was giving Hertz another chance after a bad experience a few years ago, and this is not making me comfortable using you in the future. Also I’m Pres Circle for whatever that’s worth.

@Hertz Returned car on Tue. Was told to leave key in car and go. I’ve received no conf in email or a receipt. Website says under Express Return “We will…instantly email you your receipt.” And your iOS app shows this since Tue. #Hertzreceipt This is not confidence inspiring.
