I needed to run a quick errand, so I drove to Cochrane, Alberta. It's the same distance for me to go to Cochrane as it is to go to Calgary, so over the years I always tried to support Cochrane businesses as much as possible. That's going to change going forward. Cochrane is a perfect example of what happens when an entire town gets infected with a Liberal virus. I literally hate the town. I hate Calgary almost as much, but at least there I can still find good businesses. No so in Cochrane. And don't get me started on the town's planning department. They had 50 years to plan for growth, and they totally fucked it up. The layout of the town, where they pushed the residential neighbourhoods, and how they dealt with the railroads should be studied by every urban planner in the country as an example of what "not to do".
