@IndiGo6E I PAID for extra legroom seats for a 10-year-old and an adult on a round trip UAE–Hyderabad. Outbound was fine (Row 1), but return flight downgraded to regular seats. Why charge extra if you can’t deliver what was booked? Stop cheating customers. Never flying Indigo.

I have been trying to chat with customer care of @IndiGo6E for past 1 hr from 9:00 PM regarding refund details I’m eligible after cancellation as per DGCA within 24 hours they have to provide a full refund. After receiving all my information the agents just disappear,pathetic!

@IndiGo6E Today was traveling from Indore to delhi along with my wife and my daughter. We have booked the Excel seats (emergency exit) after paying extra amount during the booking, but to our surprise during our flight boarding, we were told by the crew that my daughter aged 13 cannot sit on the emergency exit seat And she was shifted to another seat for taking off and landing, which means more than 50% of the flying time. If this is a rule by the aviation, then why indigo is booking tickets for a person under 15 years of age for excel seats ( emergency exit) is just a money making scheme. Very bad customer service . @IndiGo6E @AAI_Official

Today while I was boarding a flight from Mumbai to Hyderabad 6E5246 the person at the boarding gate was adamant to not allow my cabin bag which is 7.1KG. Before me everyone was allowed without checking the weight.I will not prefer Indigo having an option. @IndiGo6E
