@TheAA_UK I have an issue with my vehicle but I don’t necessarily need to use it, but I imagine you’ll say it needs recovering to a garage. How do I go about this as in the past the garage can’t take it for a week and you have no option to arrange to move it at a later date?

@danjtpipe Hi Dan,
It depends really, Wi-Fi it's self isn't something that is inherently fixable by an engineer.
If we believe there to be an actual line fault we would then send an engineer out.
Generally we can identify what is causing a Wi-Fi problem like that.

Hey @plusnet a mate has your internet, it’s really slow but that’s the nature of where they are. Their router is the hub one and totally useless. They were told they need to renew to get a hub two. I told them to leave and get starlink. How can they sort it out at no cost?

I apologise for the question being miss read. In this situation I would recommend your friend getting in touch with our social media team. Normally our test can locate the fault or the engineer would inform us of any faulty equipment.

Thank you for your message. If your friend is still in contract and wants to switch to a new provider, he will have to pay early termination charges. We could only waive the termination charges if there was a fault on the line, we knew about it and could not rectify
