@guysxtn @mindyisser In my city the sidewalk maintenance is also a local govt issue but if it wasn’t I’d still take it upon myself to put down salt because I don’t want people to bust their ass. It’s similar to tipping, in a perfect world the practice wouldn’t exist but it does so I tip.
