The service from @emirates has been exceptional in trying to get us out of Dubai. Very sympathetic customer service and despite the understandably very long time to get through to them, they’ve just been very helpful. And we fly today so it’s a huge relief.

@bt_uk Yes there are. Other service providers on a fibre connection offer, for example, 1Gbps each way. You don’t, it’s capped at 100 up

@dcomp Hey Dominic, my understanding is there no upload cap speeds. To be sure and to check this further, give us a call on 150 from a BT mobile, or 0330 1234 150 from any other phone. The team are on hand to help.

@bt_uk why is your ‘full fibre’ service capped at 100mb upload. Other providers are able to offer significantly better speeds but the run your office appears to only be accessible by you.
