I tried taking a mental health break from political posts, but the news that Trump's giving a speech- in 2026- to declare the 2020 senate elections "illegitimate" has dragged me back in! In these cases, claims were repeatedly dismissed because they lacked credible evidence, not because judges refused to look at it. And “procedural grounds” isn’t a loophole—it means the cases didn’t meet basic legal standards to proceed. After years, dozens of rulings, audits, and recounts (many led by Republicans), there’s still no substantiated evidence of outcome-changing fraud. If “NPC lemming” means I accept evidence, court rulings, and basic standards of proof, I’m comfortable with that.

The fact you use that retarded "60+ court challenges" like its an argument already shows how ignorant you are. Those court challenges were with zero investigatory powers. Not only is this judge’s order wildly incorrect in the merits, its logical conclusion would lead to dangerous results. I don’t expect much of this to have lasting effect but I will break down what’s wrong with the decision below.

Cops can't murder an unarmed person driving a car because of a vague "fear for public safety." This is an admission that ICE executed the guy in Maine. But DHS is fine with admitting it because they know there's no chance ICE agents will face any legal consequences.
