The easier building gets, the more everything looks the same. It's bugging me, so I'm starting my own design system so I can carry a consistent style across projects and keep iterating on it. Calling it Grove-ui — built on Base UI primitives.

every workflow at every company is different. ai agents are great when equipped with the right tools and connected to mcp. but to truly unlock depth in real-world use cases, you need three things a) open agents - bring sane defaults, but let users configure every aspect of the agent b) modes - matching real world modes users are in c) observability on usefulness
