Mj is definitely safer. But, the high thc stuff is causing some issues with people who have mental issues, or developing minds. I'm a user of it. I have a med card, but I go for the stuff that has lower thc. I find high terpenes, and a thc level below 20% gives the best experience, doesn't matter of it's part time, or pain relief.

A Brown professor gave his students a take-home midterm exam. After suspecting many cheated using AI, he made the final in-person. The orange dots are the midterm scores and the gray dots are the final scores. Looks like all but 3 cheated on the midterm.

This is what I like to call a classic boomer post. What they don’t understand is that 37 states have now passed laws banning children under 18 ( In Ohio it’s 21) to get a license unless they go to driving school. So for many kids they have to push off that learners permit until they are 17 (or in Ohio, 20) unless they want to pay $400 for driving lessons to get their license.

Yet another friend with a child turning 16 next week. Hasn’t gotten a learner’s permit. Zero interest in a driver’s license. I keep hearing this same story. What’s WRONG with these kids?!?! On my 16th birthday, my mom took me out of school to take my driving test. Same for everyone I knew. Even if you couldn’t afford your own car, you could beg the use of the family station wagon occasionally. Freedom. Independence. Heck, privacy on a date! Are these kids giving all that up for scrolling TikTok and an occasional Uber?

I spoke to my old friend Mitch McConnell this morning, the senior Senator from Kentucky. He’s still recovering in the hospital. We talked for just shy of 45 minutes. He's so sharp. Just like always he let me do all of the talking. He's a great listener. After that we prayed silently for awhile and had a staring contest. Just like always, he beat me. I told him we want to see him back at work as soon as possible.
