@HiveHomeUK signed up to hive heating plus. Trying to connect my british gas account and the app says it can’t. Try to go to live chat in the app , never anyone available. Trying to chat on line , system error no agents. No phone number to call. Annual usage says too low.

@DPDgroup_news Your drivers keep saying they attempted delivery but clearly don’t. No drivers have been to our house and the picture of where they left the note is a blank screen. We have cctv and have been in when they said they came so can see no one came.

@BarclaysUKHelp I give up trying to get Premier account. First the website would not work then the app told me to go to branch. My local branch don’t employ anyone who can open accounts and the next branch is 50 minutes away. What a joke.
