Hmm not enabling looking at it from the law perspective, when the video starts he’s yelling at the police, that’s is constitutionally protected speech, it’s called redress of government officials. Furthermore the Supreme Court has listed a set of circumstances when force, and how much force is to be used. This is known as the graham factors. The amount of force an officer uses needs to be proportional to the level of resistance from the suspect. Police are supposed to de-escalate situations, and try to calm everyone, but the officer was argumentative, and was only antagonizing the suspect. I’m not excusing the actions of the weirdo in the video, simply forming a reasonable observation on how the courts would look at this. I’m not excusing this behavior, but people need to stop bootlicking, and understand the law, and the rights afforded to us under the bill of rights. Like this weirdo or not, we have to defend the rights of all citizens even if we don’t like their speech.
