Extremely disappointed with the service from @IndiGo6E on 05-04-2026. PNR: HSTCUF Route: Delhi (IGI T1) → Bhopal I mistakenly left a Samsung power bank (~₹4,000) in my check-in baggage and I clearly accepted it was my mistake. I politely requested help from a staff member at Gate 10. Instead of guiding me, she behaved very rudely and even said “Abhi to aap flight board bhi nahi kar sakte.” She did not guide me on what to do next. I have travelled with IndiGo more than 50 times, but this behaviour was shocking. The value of the power bank is even higher than my Delhi–Bhopal airfare. I received a call with an apology, but an apology alone is not a proper solution. Please investigate the incident of 05-04-2026 and help retrieve my power bank. I also have video proof of the interaction if required. #IndiGo #CustomerService #PassengerExperience @IndiGo6E @AAI_Official @xAviation @RamMNK

Very bad experience with IndiGo today while travelling from Delhi (IGI Terminal 1) to Bhopal. PNR: HSTCUF At Gate 10, one of the staff members behaved very rudely when I requested help regarding a power bank mistakenly kept in my check-in baggage. I clearly accepted that it was my mistake and only asked if anything could be done. Instead of helping or guiding properly, the response was extremely disrespectful. Later a CISF officer helped me and guided me to contact the helpline. Passengers deserve basic courtesy and respect. I hope IndiGo looks into this matter seriously. @IndiGo.6E #IndiGo #TravelExperience #CustomerService @IndiGo6E @AAI_Official @MoCA_GoI @RamMNK

@VIPBagsIndia @carlton_luggage Really disappointed with the service experience. I bought a Carlton bag on 28-08-2020 with a 15-year warranty (till 2035). After replacement on 11-08-2025 (TEF No. 854213), the warranty now shows “No Warranty” on your portal. Already informed your Bhopal DB City Mall outlet & regional head, but no response till now. Please resolve this urgently — or I’ll have to escalate it further via consumer forum & social media. @VIPBagsIndia kindly check & respond. @carlton_luggage

Samsung support just told me a horizontal line on my Galaxy S22 Ultra is not replaceable under their policy. 📌 No scratches, no damage — this line appeared only after software update. 📌 Vertical or horizontal doesn’t matter, it’s Samsung’s fault. 📌 Such one-sided policies are unfair and feel like a way to exploit customers. I will not stop. I will fight until I get justice. @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile #SamsungGreenLine #SamsungWorstService #GalaxyS22Ultra

@dss1307 I had the same line in the same place and then it moved to the edge of the screen... It's also moving. Does it move with you?

#SamsungGreenLine #SamsungWorstService #GalaxyS22Ultra #SamsungIndia This is beyond disappointing from Samsung. After updating my Galaxy S22 Ultra, a green line appeared on the display. 👉 This is NOT my fault. 👉 This happened ONLY after Samsung’s software update. 👉 Yet Samsung says “out of warranty” and refuses support. I am a loyal Samsung customer using S22 Ultra, S23 Ultra, S24 Ultra, and Buds Pro – and this is the service I get? Completely unacceptable. If Samsung doesn’t resolve this, I will: ✔️ File a grievance on the INGRAM consumer portal ✔️ Send a legal notice through consumer court ✔️ Share every proof, screenshot, and email publicly This is not just my issue – it’s a global problem, and Samsung needs to take responsibility. @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile you cannot ignore this anymore. @SamsungIndia @jagograhakjago Mobile

@MoCA_GoI Worst Experience with SpiceJet & MakeMyTrip – Irresponsible Service & Financial Loss I booked a round trip from Delhi to Kathmandu for 2 family members separately with me through MakeMyTrip: •Onward: Indigo Airlines on 28th June 2025 •Return: SpiceJet on 2nd July 2025 (Booking ID: NN7AF56Z30626323728 | PNR: NJWD7E) To my shock, while we already boarded the Indigo flight to Kathmandu on 28th June, I received a sudden message from SpiceJet informing me that return flight (2nd July) was rescheduled to 3rd July without our consent. This was unacceptable — our trip was already ongoing, and canceling was no longer possible. Worse, after reaching Kathmandu, I received another update that the rescheduled SpiceJet flight was cancelled altogether! Due to this complete lack of communication and responsibility by SpiceJet and MakeMyTrip, I had no option but to urgently book new return tickets via IndiGo on 2nd July — and ended up paying ₹22,000 for just 2 one-way tickets, while my entire round trip was originally booked for ₹28,000. 📵 Despite several calls, emails, and escalations to MakeMyTrip and SpiceJet, I have received no proper resolution or refund till now. This is not just poor service — it’s negligence and a breach of trust, causing me financial loss and distress during an international trip. I demand a refund of ₹22,000, caused solely due to their mismanagement. I have all necessary proofs of bookings, messages, and payments. @flyspicejet @makemytrip – this is how you treat your customers? 📞 Devendra Singh Solanki 📱 +91 97135 60857 📩 dev13071990@gmail.com
