
Extremely disappointed with the service from @IndiGo6E on 05-04-2026.

Route: Delhi (IGI T1) → Bhopal
I mistakenly left a Samsung power bank (~₹4,000) in my check-in baggage and I clearly accepted it was my mistake. I politely requested help from a staff member at Gate 10.
Instead of guiding me, she behaved very rudely and even said “Abhi to aap flight board bhi nahi kar sakte.” She did not guide me on what to do next.
I have travelled with IndiGo more than 50 times, but this behaviour was shocking. The value of the power bank is even higher than my Delhi–Bhopal airfare.
I received a call with an apology, but an apology alone is not a proper solution. Please investigate the incident of 05-04-2026 and help retrieve my power bank.
