@nat_tko @easyJet I will never use them again after they cancelled all flights leaving Naples airport 2 years ago , had to sort out our own accommodation and return flight no help from ground staff and no chance of getting compensation either , I wish you good luck

Dear @easyJet on a recent holiday my flight was diverted. And most of the people on the flight stayed overnight. I along with another couple shared a cab to our final destination. I submitted a claim for half the cab and then heard from the other couple that /1

A big shout out to Mia who looked after my husband on our flight on Sunday to Krakow from Gatwick. (EZY8821) He is a nervous flyer and she kept coming to check on him throughout the flight. She is a credit to @easyJet. Also the captain was very informative throughout the flight.

But the cost of the cab is more than the one free day of holiday, so effectively I have compensated one couple (you would have had to pay for their hotel in Albania) and have received zero competition for these disruptions /4

Due to errors on the part of @easyJet we received more than one email while on holiday that our entire holiday (including flight home) was cancelled. You inadvertently paid us back our entire holiday. Due to the disruption you are reimbursing us 1 full day /3
