There's many appalling aspects to Post Office / Horizon but a lesson for companies, govts and regulators should be that a lack of appropriate tech understanding is a huge and inexcusable risk. We expect boards to understand financial risks - tech should be no different.

Greg, when I got to McDonald’s I get the option of rounding up my meal to donate to charity. Is this something @OctopusEnergy could do with bills, put it in a pot and help the most vulnerable.
