I've been doing a special morning routine within 10 minutes of waking and it's changed my life:
It's called Lymphatic hops.
I just go outside into the sun and do 50-100 hops.
Apparently, the hops are supposed to flush out toxins but I just do them to wake up my nervous system.

@andrewmccalip Codex in VS code is broken.
Drops the ad read while codex is doing tool calls and not just thinking. Claude shows an ad the whole time “thinking” but codex stops during a lot of tool calls and often doesn’t “reengage” during a turn. Have to send a new message to start again

Ads acquired. We needed a giant funnel of ad inventory and we found it.
It's incredibly obvious that I have flipped over the table. There is no going back.
This is going to be a generational speed run. If I pull this off, it will singlehandedly rewrite the rules for ad revenue share.
The two-sided marketplace and transparent revenue share with users has shocked everyone.
The target is $1 per agent per hour.
That should be the gold standard. Transparent yield. Transparent split. Users get paid.
The plan is simple: drag millions of dollars of advertisements onto the platform and hand the money to the users.

@andrewmccalip Doesn’t work well with codex in vs Code. When the model is “thinking” it will show ads, but when the model is writing to files for example “creating index.html” and others it does not show any ads. Claude code cli is showing ads the whole time

Taking a few vacation days to focus on the absolute insanity around Kickbacks.ai.
This started as another dumb weekend coding project and got WAY out of hand. I’m just a hardware guy who likes tinkering with weird new concepts, but this is starting to feel like OpenClaw 2.0.
Going to speedrun the same loop: harden servers, fight fraud, onboard users, triage the flood of issues, cut deals, and try to keep the wheels on. Fight back the bot army, then focus on payouts.

@0xSero I see nutrition advice, workout intensity, not much on the habit part.
Make it ez. Lower the bar for “success” ie do 1 exercise (or whatever) and maybe you keep going (like “floss 1 tooth” but most will floss all)

a few months ago in an interview, someone asked me where we wanted to take the codex app. i answered with something along the lines of: we intend to make it the best app ever built for desktop, full stop.
it probably felt like a little much, but i meant it. and it feels less potentially hyperbolic now than it did then.
Codex is the best way to build software. it is now the best way to do many other things too. we will lean into both, and much of it will mean we blend a lot with ChatGPT. we will do this only when we can deliver something incredible and better than what the two separate current things can deliver alone.
we will also combine the best parts of cloud and local environments (and yes, windows+linux). and the best of instant responses and long-running objectives, like /goal. we will do so with Taste™
outside of the incredible gpt models, 3 things have made the Codex app what it is:
- an opinionated view of how agents should work with a high quality bar
- a tight and honest dogfooding loop
- you
those 3 things will continue to be P0.

I think there are still a ton of great things to build on both mobile and desktop and there's no better team pushing that frontier than the Codex team.
I'm super humbled and excited to be working with @ajambrosino @Dimillian @pvncher and a lot of other people I can't wait to meet!

@emanueledpt @useRemodex I use Remodex for use with Codex. Don’t have DPCode and no plans to switch from Codex, but never know.

I need your honest feedback, please:
I'm rethinking the future of @useRemodex
I'm undecided between 2 paths:
→ standalone mobile app for multiple providers
→ mobile app of DPCode
The first one for me is more appealing because you wouldn't need to be tied to only one app, but worse experience because it's not synced to one place
But the second is also good because you'd have an ecosystem and better experience since everything will be in one place and synced, but you'd be tied to it for the most part
What would you like and why?

@emanueledpt @useRemodex I tried codex mobile. It didn’t set up properly, didn’t sync my chats, launched a chat in the cloud not locally. Back to Remodex and I ain’t leaving.

Everytime I use the Codex mobile app I find myself going back to @useRemodex
I’d never thought I’d say this but:
Remodex is still the best choice when it comes to using Codex on your phone
Remodex 2.0 is in the making and it will he even better
I know that the Codex team will fix most issues
But in the time being @useRemodex is my go to for mobile agent work.
