The silent yield robber in soybeans. Glad they don’t all look this bad, but more SCN out there than many growers realize! A research priority for the soybean checkoff!

Today a grower called to look at a few fields to see what else could be done late season to finish yields. When we arrived at the last field and I dug a plant, my first words were “Holy $%?¥!” He said, “that good?!?!” Ummmmm NO! This is the worst SCN I have ever seen!
