When it comes to being fast which Blockchain does it for you @RobinhoodApp , @SuiNetwork or @solana for the MM's Let's talk about @flint_trade_ on sol Professional market makers don't just connect to Solana and start offering prices. Convenience is a valuable commodity baraz. For a lot of teams, it doesn't make sense to build their own team when plug-and-play tech now exists: - Senior Solana engineers are not only expensive, but difficult to find. For most, it takes months to find the right team before they even start building and most reputable recruitment firms charge 10-15% of the first year salary. - Maintenance burden forever. Tech needs to be continuously updated. We do that for them. - Scope for a software build often incorporates much more than just the devs that build it. You need PM's, ops, audits etc. - Opportunity cost. Engineer resource could be better utilised elsewhere, particularly if pre-built infra is there for them to plug into. - Flint has been built by a team of Solana veterans. Of course we still make mistakes, but we've ridden many a wave already and are domain specialists, so can likely build this tech much quicker than a fresh team. - One engineer wouldn't cut it. It'd take a prop firm many months and multiple devs to achieve what we have already. We reduce the risk drastically. If a team wants to quote on Solana, they try our tech and if they thrive, everyone wins. If they don't, their investment of resource is minimal. If they do it themselves, that risk increases massively. A team could be 6 months down the line and 100's of thousands of dollars in the hole before they even know its something that is going to work for them long term.
