H-1B visas sound cool in theory since they should bring in highly skilled labor. However, each H-1B can bring a spouse, who is allowed to work, and an infinite number of kids. So each H-1B visa is actually: - One (theoretically) skilled worker - One unskilled worker - 0-8 kids
