NEEDS RAISING. An awful decision from the @SussexCountyFA to Ban our player of 17 years old for 6 weeks from Playing or Refereeing due to failing to submit a Red card given in a juniors game. 6 WEEKS! And they wonder why there is such a lack of referees in Grassroots football!

@ProAcademyDrill I get U11s to play an arrival game. 1v1, 1v2 2v2 and so on. Normally use mini goals. Switch up size and shape of pitch, increase the number of goals or have end zones. Let's the boys warm up whilst have fun, without any restrictions very minimal coaching at this point as well

@FPLFamily It's madness, much wrong with this team and how they play. So many times we would be 15 yards from goal and want to play the extra pass so predictable everytime. Salah picking up where he left off, tackled every time he had the ball...absent on the pitch.

@mana_rugby TBF, they are losing their minds because normally tackling in the NFL is non existent. It's essentially throwing your body at someone's legs or a weak as fuck hold/grasp allows the runner to get away.

@frog_7210 Yeah, I agree, and I'm seeing that (peer assistance) via my community. Everyone is supporting each other as we all face common challenges. Coaches helping coaches is a powerful thing

New coach journey: - Parent volunteers "just a few hours a week" - Sent on a Level 1 course (often online) - Returns as "fully qualified" - Given health & safety docs (not development frameworks) - Expected to coach kids immediately Then some of us criticise them. Directly or indirectly. Make it make sense.

@Coach_Temisan Whilst I do agree with you. Online cannot replace in person learning. Due to the cost of UEFA C it can be almost unattainable for a lot of people. Even with discounts you're still looking about £3-400 quid.

Can the Introduction to Coaching be considered a "coaching" course? It is all online and has replaced the FA Level 1. When I did my FA Level 1 we had to physically coach across two weekends.

@zoglug @SundayShare10 I would say, if this is the process you have been using all season I wouldn't change it now. Parents and players have bought in to what you have been doing, so why change it for one game.

Cup Final day for my U9's! Its a great occasion but adds additional pressure because of a £5 plastic cup! Question to the @SundayShare10 community...would you stick to your principles of equal game time (if it means you may lose) or provide more game time to stronger players?

@frog_7210 Seems the Para Reg beret/badge was gifted to her after completing her SOE parachute training course. I am not aware of any other SOE agent with one. Gemmeke is shown wearing her FANY uniform but with said beret rather than a FANY cap or peaked cap like those pictured below.
