So the Airline decided to randomly reschedule the flight, not just timing they changed the airport from Mumbai to Navi Mumbai... Thank god my booking was via @ixigo they literally saved the day by speaking with the airline and getting me an alternative flight from Mumbai.

Indians are typically very hospitable people. But remember; India is also a self-sufficient country with the exception of oil. If you think the FTA is going to enable Europe to diversify its exports you are wrong. The Indian consumer is very price sensitive - and as they have their own domestically produced goods at very competitive prices, th EU does not bring anything to the table. It’s a good move for India. They can now export their products, but the Indians don’t need the European cheeses, wines or cars for example. In the end there will be a trade imbalance between the EU and India, as there is no customer like the US customer to keep the wheels turning for Europe. You achieved nothing for the EU on this trip. But Modi used you and got what his country wanted.
