@geradevelopment My sister bought a flat in POJ. Parking finalized during booking, then changed multiple times over 5 months. 6+ visits, no resolution. OTP stopped for 2–3 days’ delay, but Gera delayed possession by 6+ months. No escalation path to management. Is this experience?

@geradevelopment we are owners of shops C114 & C112A in Imperium Gateway, took possession in Aug 25. Gera Sales team had promised that they help in leasing out units. Leasing team are quite unresponsive & uncooperative. They had made false promise. Request top mgmt to intervene.
