@AmazonUK Hi, I've tried to collect my parcel but the shop says I need a 6 digit code. I didn't receive it, and your customer service chat person says it will come to me within 24 hours, that's too long. Can you chase it up for me?

@giantworkscom Hi there! Unfortunately the tills don't support the scan function with a phone at the moment. This is something we are looking to implement in the future. To collect your points in store, this would have to be done with your Nectar card :) ^LH.

@LNER Hi, I booked it through your app. I got three confirmation emails: 1) 'Your Booking Confirmation (This is not your ticket)' 2) 'Your e-tickets to...' 3) 'Everything you need to know about your trip' Which one is it location in? I couldn't find a WIFI code in any of those..
