@gabHernandez285 @WindowsCentral Microsoft can most certainly get his data back. Google suspended my YouTube and Gmail one time and assured me my data was gone forever. 10 years later I submitted countless appeals and one random day they responded and unbanned me and gave me all of my data back.

@GN @WindowsCentral Thanks, it looks like Microsoft lost the encryption keys of this user , and sens that email trying to hide that fact. That is a big issue and the end user can sue Microsoft for thousands of dollars to repair the damage, he just needs a good attorney.

A Microsoft account enforcement case blocked a user from his entire Xbox game library and even his OneDrive, leaving him unable to access games he paid for or files he stored in the cloud. The situation is a sharp reminder that digital ownership depends entirely on account access, and when that access is revoked, everything tied to it can disappear instantly. It’s raising tough questions about how much control players really have over their digital libraries. Here's what we know about the case and what allegedly happened 🔗windowscentral.com/gaming/microso…

Rip every radio out of your phone. It will still leak your inputs. Capacitive touchscreens scan sequentially. Your finger touching the screen affects the local impedance and modulates the emissions. Able to extract keystrokes and pin inputs from 15cm away with ~90% accuracy.

Statement Regarding the Suspension of t.me The .ME Registry works closely with law enforcement to monitor and mitigate issues across the .ME domain in accordance with applicable laws, including sanctions requirements. On 13 July, First VPN Service (1VPNS) was included as a sanctioned entity by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. A Telegram channel using the t.me domain was among 1VPNS identified infrastructure. Accordingly, the t.me domain was suspended. On 14 July, Telegram provided confirmation that it had removed its links and affiliations with 1VPNS. Once the confirmation was reviewed and verified, the suspension was removed from the t.me domain. We appreciate Telegram’s prompt cooperation in resolving this matter.

I signed up to Instagram on the day it publicly opened in 2010, just after it was rebranded from Burbn. Just like on Twitter, I was so early, I grabbed the @dr username. My account was recently closed indefinitely for "fraud and deception". It's been private for years, and only had photos of our family. Finland, Mauritius, Saudi Arabia. I recently opened it up because I was going to start posting about life again. Cheers, Meta. Now what.

How did I just learn today what Flock cameras are? These really going up all over America? Not a fan of the idea of full surveillance like this.

Have been working closely with @dinkin_flickaa to completely refactor how images and videos are handled on 𝕏. Media now opens and closes fluidly, regardless of whether it’s a video, image, profile picture, etc. Makes a big difference to overall feel.

@stupidtechtakes OFC, I kinda expect the actual internet data centres to take a lot more power because those have been popping up for a few decades now. Still, 15% is kinda massive within 6 years (?), although I expect a lot of it is because they are also using preexisting data centres.

This is wild — ESP32 Bit Pirate turns a single ESP32-S3 into a multi-protocol hardware hacking tool. I2C, SPI, UART, JTAG, CAN, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Sub-GHz, RFID, infrared... 20+ protocols from one board. 4.1k GitHub stars and climbing. Runs on any ESP32-S3 with 8MB+ flash. Web-based CLI means you can poke at protocols from your phone over WiFi. github.com/geo-tp/ESP32-B… #HardwareHacking #ESP32

Why is it ‘cancelled’ in the U.K. but ‘canceled’ in the U.S.? Because we gave them that L in 1776.

Unity has released Unity IAP 5.4, a new update that lets game developers sell in-game items without relying only on Google Play or Apple’s App Store, where platform rules allow. The update includes two main features: - Players can buy in-game items using web payments instead of the app store. - Developers can build their own free online store from the Unity Dashboard without needing to write any code. Unity says developers can manage both app store sales and web sales from the same dashboard and SDK. They can also use payment services like Stripe and Coda to process payments and help prevent fraud. Unity says it doesn’t charge developers to create or run these online stores
