@PaytmBank On 5th Mar I requested to close my Fastag (also uploaded pic after destroying). Since then, the status is “Closure Initiated” and no refund has been received. Cust. Care is simply saying that we’ll get back but no one reverts. Without closure, I can’t apply Fastag in other bank.
