@SimonCalder I'm taking the ferry to Spain. £76 for two people. Another 100 for the cabin. No baggage allowance. No massive waits. 45 minute check in. Last time I did the trip I was off the boat and in the bar at Santander under 15 minutes.

@gordonmcdonald I'm so sorry to hear this! It's not the level of service we'd expect. Maybe another attempt with one of our Agents in 'live chat' and explain the journey you've been through and that all you need is an old card removed from the service. ^JG

@VirginMoney Did this. 15 minute call. She managed to cut my access from the app then conveniently hung up. No call back, naturally. 0/10.

@gordonmcdonald If you call through on that number and once you've gone through our automated message select 3 to speak with someone, they'll take the details of the card you no longer require access to and remove this from your App service. ^JG

@VirginMoney I did. They didn’t. They told me to call 0800 328 3578. No option to help.

@gordonmcdonald Hi Gordon, if you've got access to the App just head in there to speak with someone through 'live chat' - just explain the card you've closed is still visible, and you'd like that removed. They'll know what to do! ^JG

@AirbnbHelp These are app notifications and no, you can’t turn them off. They’re useless, and nobody asked for them.
