@SpeirL @tonkerthomas @WingsScotland I've had the 'pleasure' of being in a ward next to someone who took ALL her calls on speaker 🤬 Also a very undignified death surrounded by noisy relatives playing music loud on a crappy phone, which was extremely tough for the nurses who got a gobful when they asked for quiet
