There was a study done on this very topic. What they found is that women from all over the world - from Papua to Greenland to France to Japan ALL flirted with the same technique. First they look at you kind of sidewise. Then they look away. Then they look back to see if you're looking. Women do not necessarily know they're doing it - this is hard-wired into the species. The scientists doing the study opined that this behavior might be part of the reason that we didn't really interbreed all that much with Neanderthals - their women didn't "flirt right". Now that we've found that almost all cases of Neanderthal/Human hybrids didn't include Neanderthal women, it makes even more sense.

I was just notified that my Scott Adams subscription on locals (Coffee with Scott Adams) was about to be renewed. That's mildly annoying, since Scott died. So I went to Locals and found this, which is even more annoying. Scott was crystal clear that he DID permit us to use his work to create an AI version of himself. He said this on multiple occasions over years, and I don't remember him saying anything about "Only when AI is ready," or "Only if my heirs think it's okay." Apparently his heirs have a different plan.
