@bt_uk take a working system and break it, you change how to log into your account,no passcode arrives you try again until every attempt is met with "Passcode has been re-sent too many times. Please either wait for a previously sent passcode, or cancel and try again

@Microsoft wots the point of using hotmail anymore when you force me to sign in to my alternative email account first due to "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password." password resets dont help and your help is an endless loop of uslessness

@o2 well done,after nearly 25 years im forced to switch providers thank to your NO CASH policy in stores, a locked card, a broken phone = no access to 2fa so cant buy online. Yet a competitor happily took pound notes and sorted switching number over.

Avoid ordering online with @BandQ unless you like losing money.They wont deliver when they say they will and tell you the local store is dealing with it,local store claim its not there problem as its an online order.rinse and repeat.

@TheRangeUK whats the point of showing local store stock levels on line when they bear no resemblance to whats instore .3 items all showing 10+ stock, get to store, stock levels zero.Waste of fuel ,time and car park fee.

@sainsburys banbury wot a joke 1 till open long cue, 3 staff chatting on self check out ,who couldn't price check for cashier on open till leading to longer delays .you may price check aldi but your no were close on customer experience.

@tsb close branch so forced to use internet banking.Issues with internet banking ,keep getting cookie pop up and logged out. phone to try sort it ,28 minutes listening to were busy please wait before phone out of credit bet you wont refunding that? and still cant access acount

@TSB number called 0345 8353844.issue cant log into account,sometimes i get as far as entering the 2fa code others its as soon as i enter the memorable information, a blue cookies pop up appears,click save preferences and im logged out or returned to the enter username page.
