Правки Лозового мають бути терміново скасовані. Якщо коротко: це норми для швидкого закриття кримінальних справ суто з формальних підстав. Через правки Лозового можуть закрити справу Коломойського та ще з десяток топ-корупційних справ, а робота НАБУ та САП піде в одне місце через ці правки. Міжнародні партнери також знають за ці правки, вже навіть посли G7 пишуть про їхнє скасування, а якщо цього не станеться, то фінансова підтримка України може зупинитись саме через депутатів, які тягнуть час і не хочуть прибирати ці правки. Зараз повну відповідальність за невключення правок Лозового у законопроєкт №10060 щодо незалежності САП несе правоохоронний комітет під керівництвом нардепа від “Слуги народу” Сергія Іонушаса. Голосування за №10060 у парламенті заплановано цього тижня.

Time to remove all restrictions on the provision of weapons to Ukraine and strikes on Russia
