. @HSBC_UK I needed to pay a window installation company today . I tried on app to add them as a payee , it wouldn’t let me . I then spent 25 mins being asked questions about the absolutely legitimate company before you’d process payment . This is madness !!!!

The (alleged) fraudster has attempted to impersonate Queen Mary University of London and has requested payment of £850.00 for tuition fees into an HSBC UK account. Here's a screenshot of the email I received. Queen Mary uses qmul.ac.uk, NOT kct.ac.in or qmul-ac.store for their domain. Additionally, these are not QMUL's usual bank details for payment of tuition fees! As this is using a UK bank account, please can you investigate further? Please DM me if you'd like IP addresses, original email headers, etc. CC @HSBC @QMUL

@HSBC_UK @HSBC When are you going to fix the on.hsbc.co.uk / QR code issues that have been going on for two months? I’m unable to pay into my ISA via a method I have had setup for over 3 years! Why did you roll out this change without testing it. Change it back ASAP
