@JetBlue your customer service is appalling. Notification of a state of emergency is out Broward county in FL But your call rep said “they don’t have it” There shouldn’t be additional change fees because of the state of emergency. Unethical.

And it continues, @JetBlue not acknowledging the state of emergency as it applies to FLL. This will lead to stranded passengers and they don’t seem to care.
