My <$100m Market Cap Tokens Tier List 🧵 Bull 🐂 @newton_xyz $NEWT: A bet on AI automation + a maturing AI on-chain infrastructure. It's still trading ~60 % below its June ATH, lots of room to run. @Chromia $CHR: Relational L1 with lots of bullish triggers coming (physical AI, DB integration). Up ~50 % in the past month + fully vested. @WalletConnect $WCT: Product with strong PMF and rising revenue. Underwent a correction and broke out of the range now. @peaq $PEAQ: A bet on DePIN narrative. The price has been consolidating and is now making higher highs. @nillion $NIL: I'm betting on Nillion to win the privacy race with their "blind computer" vision. Strong community + bullish TA. Crab 🦀 @Sagaxyz_ $SAGA: The tech is promising, and they have great yield opportunities through their Liquidity Layer. It's down bad from ATH and unlikely to trade near it again. @humafinance $HUMA: The PayFi narrative is strong and has potential with stablecoin adoption. But I don't like the float and tokenomics, risk of lots of sell pressure. @AvailProject $AVAIL: Big ambitions in modular DA, but the price action isn't following the market. But I still believe in the team. @sparkdotfi $SPK: It's a yield hub for stablecoins with big potential. I'm concerned about tokenomics and increased competition in this niche. Bear 🐻 @Humanityprot $H: The proof-of-identity narrative seems still in the infant phase for me. The tech has fundamental problems and needs improvements. @QuaiNetwork $QUAI: It has failed to gain meaningful adoption or developer traction. The market is realizing that, and the price is stagnating. @zora $ZORA: The 'coin that' thing seems like an artificially inflated narrative by the Base team. A memecoin-style playbook. @Scroll_ZKP $SCR: Questionable tokenomics + overcrowded L2 narrative. It's fundamentally weak with virtually no activity and use cases. What did I miss? Hope you enjoyed this post and found some new VALUABLE information. If you wanna support me, I'd appreciate a like, reply, and RT <3

Research summary: @glassnode "An On-chain Ghost Town" Key highlights: • Market structure increasingly driven by large players and off-chain activity. • High leverage builds systemic risk, but collateral quality has improved. • On-chain remains the settlement backbone, but its role in speculative cycles has diminished. Market bloodbath is temporary. Think of it as a big Black Friday day, if you can. During such periods, major innovations often go unnoticed—giving strategic thinkers an advantage. A few days ago, @NEARProtocol introduced a significant feature with Chain Abstraction: the Omni Bridge. This major upgrade brings more flexibility and scalability to cross-chain transfers.
Illia (root.near) (🇺🇦, ⋈)@ilblackdragon

Gm Omni. NEAR has been transforming from a blockchain to ecosystem that unites all ecosystems allowing all users, devs and AIs access apps and assets seamlessly across web3. We envisioned a bridge to Ethereum back in 2018 when we just started NEAR. A light client verified on both sides to ensure security. We tried to build a prototype during EthSF 2018 and somewhat failed but leant a ton on what to improve on developer experience. Later @k06a joined to develop it and done great job getting first version. @auroraisnear team later took it as part of spinoff as it was part of their EVM offering. Chain Signature have transformed underlying approach as now NEAR itself can control addresses and keys on other chains. And so Omni bridge was born - ability for NEAR accounts, contracts and agents to move assets between chains as easy as they are on NEAR. The next step in journey to unite all web3 for AI is happening now.

On @gate_io and @MEXC_Official, pre-market $SOLV is trading at $0.22. On @WhalesMarket, the lowest bid is at $0.29. This implies the @SolvProtocol FDV at launch will be close to $2B. Here are the numbers you need for your $SOLV play ↓

Here's the simplest @taraxa_project explainer you'll ever find. In a regular blockchain, blocks are added sequentially, one after another. In a blockDAG, blocks form a web-like structure, allowing multiple blocks to be added simultaneously. Taraxa is the first EVM blockDAG—don't confuse it with a blockchain; they are not the same. BlockDAG → Better scalability, maximized throughput, super low cost, and true finality in less than 4 seconds. Isn't this a big deal?

What's wrong with the altseason? Why $XLM, $XRP, $ADA, $DOT, and $ATOM make it while most of the new shiny coins we've accumulated during the bear heavily underperform? Some thoughts ↓ In my opinion, there are several key things that impacted the market performance – and most of these factors are not so obvious: • Inflation of new shiny coins • Fresh capital driving price action • Comeback of OG retail and boomers Let me explain. First, inflation. One of the main issues in the 2023–2024 market is the "low float, high FDV" thing. Consequently, while many tokens have hit their all-time highs in market cap, their prices haven't followed suit. For example, Solana's market cap has already done almost x2 from the previous ATH, but the price did not. What’s changed? The circulating supply. Inflation has quietly diluted the value of each token, requiring a larger market cap to maintain the same price. Holding assets with aggressive inflation schedules means you’re fighting an uphill battle, even in a bull market. Meanwhile, older coins have higher percent of their supply circulating, so fresh capital is not diluted by new emissions. Second, fresh capital inflows. The broad-based nature of the pump in older altcoins suggests that this trend isn’t driven by the usual rotation of capital within the crypto ecosystem. Instead, it seems to be the result of fresh incoming capital, likely from retail investors returning to the market. The inflows appear directed toward established projects from previous cycles. This could indicate that the current cohort of retail investors is older, more risk-averse, or familiar with specific altcoins from earlier bull markets. And third, the comeback of OG retail and boomers. I believe there are three types of retail users currently entering the market: • Gen Z, who might be buying memecoins based on TikTok hype. • Gen X, who may have prior experience in crypto. • Gen Y, who have been drawn into stock trading as it has become more accessible to retail investors in recent years. Recent studies show that individuals aged 25–44 comprise 65% of all cryptocurrency holders. More importantly, they possess more capital compared to younger generations. Recently, I've been deeply involved in understanding the mindset of Gen Z. They differ significantly from other generations in how they think and approach risks. For Gen Z, taking risks and losing is generally unappealing. Engaging in activities like farming airdrops, playing Hamster Kombat, or completing Galxe quests is much more attractive since it doesn't involve significant losses—time is their biggest investment. However, trading is a different story. When they're introduced to a bull run through TikTok, it might initially seem like an exciting adventure. Unfortunately, the reality can quickly catch up with them. For Gen Y, the situation is different. If they become interested in crypto, they're likely already trading stocks and are aware of the potential risks. However, they're less likely to be drawn to memecoins. Instead, they open CoinMarketCap, review the list, and analyze the charts. Importantly, they also have more money than Gen Z. What do they buy? I guess you now have the answer.
