While empty seats remain on the @LNER service, our @TLRailUK service is 10 minutes delayed and we, at Stevenage, are banned from getting on the LNER train despite it stopping! This is an outrage. @kevinbonavia @nationalrailenq if we can’t use LNER why should they pollute our town

@AvMaximusUK @LNER This will likely be because passengers going from Kings Cross to Stevenage on an LNER might end up preventing someone going further north if the trains packed - meaning people left behind might be travelling to the North East whilst some only go to Stevenage.
