@ixigo booked the ticket via your app. Booking id# IF22080226195974 Total fare according to indigo email communication is INR 5117 and you charged "base fare" for the flight as INR 8550 for the same...is it not looting? Any explanation? @jagograhakjago

@ixigo IRCTC says they hav already refunded my amount but its not in my account yet. They asked me to contact you people. It proved a clear loss n huge inconvenience since I used a 3rd party ixigo. U dont hav people to talk. Whom to connect. Call me back asap.Check DM my contact

@ixigo is not responding after my money got debited from my account and the booking got failed😡 Did my booking on July 11th and the customer care said the last date for refund will be 18th but today is 19th July. Still money not reflected in Ixigo money max or in my bank AC😠
