@DuaneJackson @Wise I’ve used Wise a few times. I will no longer be using Wise. Horrible service when things don’t go well, zero transparency, zero communication.

Anyone have any idea if a @wise payment (UK to US) will actually live up to the “probably arrive Monday”, given the holidays?

What are the channels to get user insights? 1. Customer service tickets 2. 1:1 user interviews 3. (theme based) Surveys 4. Tracking funnel data 5. User interaction with UI/UX components 6. Social media 7. App review

@lennysan 1. During interview. Last round, come in to perform a problem/solution discovery workshop with the team they would work with. Small pre-brief. Take homes are BS. 2. Not related, too much bias as to the "right" outcome, more interested in method, chemistry

If you regularly interview PMs, do you give candidates a project to tackle? If yes: 1. Do you have them do it on their own time, during the day of the interview? 2. Is the project related to your business/product, or around something completely different?
