Appointment of 10 AM at Property Registration Office, Adarsh Nagar, Worli. It’s now 12:30 PM n the server is still down. Officials say it may take 1–2 more hours. Senior citizens n others waiting with no proper arrangements. Very poor management @igrmaharashtra @CMOMaharashtra

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN I completely understand. As per your team, the timeframe mentioned is within 3-5 working days and my issue is more than 10 days now. When I called customer care they completely denied saying it’s not their problem and social media team will handle.

@AmazonHelp After countless attempts, I finally managed to get one of ur executives on call, only to b told tht they can’t resolve my issue bcoz the complaint was raised on social media, n apparently it’s ‘not their scope’. Only this team can handle it. Seriously? This is the response I get!

@coursera In the process of updating my account n came across something quite strange. While updating my Timezone, I noticed tht under Asia section, every possible country is listed, except India. Why is tht the case? Is there a specific reason for this, or is it a system glitch?
