I've made $70K building MVPs using Cursor (I am a giving a way my playbook) And I only paid: - $100 in Cursor tokens - $17 in @AnthropicAI tokens - $20/month for Claude/ChatGPT (Often one at a time) And: - @boltdotnew for full-stack development - @lovable for design to MVP development And they both cost us around $20/month + $50/month There is no better time than now to be a founder Comment "MVP" and drop a follow. I’ll DM it to you. P.S. This will likely blow up, so give me some time to reply.

We increased our SaaS activation by 25% From 45% to 56% See @posthog reports attached We did this by scraping in testimonials from our sign ups' websites and links - basically doing it for them In fact, activation used to be 26% But I changed our onboarding emails to suggest that the sign ups' account was 'not setup' because there were no testimonials in it We now send them a quick, urgent series of emails encouraging them to 'complete setup' I was inspired by how an analytics tool would approach this - basically you can't do anything until you do this We also saw a 20% uplift in upgrades, but that result isn't yet statistically significantly #buildinpublic

How to get started as a Solopreneur: (even if you have less than 5k followers) 1. Take the thing you do at work. 2. Build a simple landing page. 3. Write copy that describes that thing. 4. Add a button to "book" a discovery call. 5. Write content about it for 90 days. 6. Answer questions on your content. 7. If people have more, ask them to book. 8. Ask 5 levels of discovery questions: - What's the problem? - What have you tried? How did it work? - What is that costing you? - How big of a priority is it to fix? - When are you hoping to have it fixed? 9. Send a recap email about what you learned. 10. Describe how you would fix the problem. 11. Explain how much it will cost. 12. Explain how long it will take. 13. Back into the date they need it fixed by. 14. Ask them if they would like to get started. 15. If they say "no", try again tomorrow. 16. If they say "yes", send them a payment link. Congrats. You're running a business. P.S. Yes, I understand employment agreements and non-competes. Check them both (obviously).

💰This home services company bought 87 links fast—and paid the price! But how the story ends surprised me. This is the first chance I've had to analyze a manual penalty for a small business in quite a while. It wasn't quite the kiss of death I was expecting.   Article ⬇️⬇️

Newsletter ad "gurus" are full of it. They claim that a $1.50 cost per subscriber is "abnormally low." That is B.S. I got tired of hearing this nonsense, so I opened the Meta Ads app and took a screenshot of one of our results. We're targeting a US-only audience, and it's not even our cheapest campaign. In another newsletter campaign, we have a CPA of just $0.40. We are paying so little that we make our ad spend back in the first week. I’m not here to sell you media buying services. Instead, you can join our small community of like-minded newsletter owners who are rapidly growing their lists and revenue. Interested? Follow me and reply "JOIN." I'll send you a link to book a call and see if we’re a good fit.

This is actually pretty big news from our friends at @SBAgov this week! 🚨 🚨 The SBA will be piloting a new revolving credit facility program in the coming months to allow entrepreneurs access to up to $5M in revolving credit to fund their business. This is a huge development, as the 7(a) program is not a revolver and the current SBA Express program that is sometimes used in the ETA space can be somewhat difficult to obtain as it restricts the federal guarantee to only 50% of the facility. This new program will allow a facility of up to $5M with the same guarantee program as the 7(a) loan (85% up to $150k and 75% over that). This will make the product much more attractive to lenders when financing business acquisitions! The program appears to come with a hefty price tag (prime + 3 to 6.5%), but could bring some much needed relief to acquirers of working capital heavy businesses. Stay tuned as we learn more about this program!

I've been working on a no-code programmatic SEO tool that will combine data with human and AI content to create actually useful blog posts and landing pages at scale. Let me know if you'd be interested in this? The idea is that you load in your CSV/Google Sheet of products, locations, whatever, and build a very solid content template with different block types. Combining standard template content with AI prompts that use your own data, the output is much more controlled than giving AI a keyword and letting it run wild. To start with this would have: - Regular and AI content - Regular and AI images - Conditional blocks - Tables (simple and side-by-side comparisons) Later I'd want to add grouping at both template and block level so that you easily create archive pages with internal links and a collection block too. The collection block would let you, for example, find all cities in the same state, loop through them and internally link to them. When you've got the template set up, you can manually (and later set a schedule to) create the content based on your template and data: The output is still a WIP and haven't added any fancy backend prompts yet, but it's still much more informed and tightly focused on the data it's been provided. I wanted this for myself so that I can start creating content not just for SEO and ranking, but to generate landing pages specifically for social traffic that I can then convert to my email list (and vice versa). Would you need or use something like this? Would love to get some ideas and thoughts from anybody using PageFactory, WP All Import, Multi Page Generator, or any other no-code method of creating pSEO content. I think I can build something that lets you create much more helpful content and not just "MadLibs for content".
