Spain has confirmed its 2026 visa policy, allowing citizens of Botswana 🇧🇼, Namibia 🇳🇦, Eswatini 🇸🇿, Lesotho 🇱🇸, Mauritius 🇲🇺, Seychelles 🇸🇨, Cape Verde 🇨🇻, and Rwanda 🇷🇼 to enter visa free for up to 90 days with an ordinary passport. The policy covers short stays in Spain and other Schengen countries. Citizens of most other African countries will still need to obtain a Schengen visa before travelling.

Engaging branches on submission of bond bid auction forms some times is daunting. Banks need to do better.

Today, I have reinspected the Mityana–Mubende Road to assess progress following my previous visit, during which I issued firm directives to accelerate works and address outstanding concerns. Together with the @MoWT_Uganda's technical team and the contractor, we reviewed construction quality, compliance with contract specifications, and progress against the agreed timelines. This road is a critical transport corridor linking Kampala to western Uganda, and we remain committed to ensuring it is completed to the required standards, on schedule, and delivers value for money to the people of Uganda.

Today, I have tabled a motion seeking leave of @Parliament_Ug to draft the Administration of @Parliament_Ug Emmendment Bill 2026. After extensive debate, the house granted me leave to go and prepare the bill. As earlier communicated, the bill seeks to align the Administration of Parliament Act with the Constitutional provision that provides for a consultative process in choosing the Leader of Opposition in @Parliament_Ug . I will keep you updated as we go on with this process! I thank my brothers @LinosNgompek and @GuardianOpolot who seconded this motion. I call upon the house to support this bill when it finally comes to the floor of Parliament

Despite scoring an impressive aggregate 7 in PLE, ranking second in the entire district, he nearly dropped out due to lack of school fees. His story serves as a powerful reminder that with determination and a little help, one can rise from humble beginnings to the highest offices in the land. What an inspiring journey from Tororo to Parliament.

Hehe 🤣🤣. When I was questioning them and doing deep research I was IT. Now visiting the farm to verify their goats and the farms and their story then I ate. Anyway. It’s day 2 and so far I have verified over 50 farms physically and it’s mid day. Still 6 hours to go.
