@PATHTrain Is the vending machine info something new? Last I checked you can only see if you have an active 10 trip (20 trip etc), but not the actual balance.

Hi, John. We apologize for the inconvenience. We're escalating your experience with our TAPP Service teams as we speak. Please know that you can also check your trip balance at the TAPP CVM machines. Simply tap your card and on the Main Menu screen, tap the module on the bottom right that says "View TAPP Card Information" and you will see your remaining trip balance.

@PATHTrain how can I check my trip balance? TAPP website is currently not working. I’ve tried two different devices and get ‘unexpected server error’. Really terrible design that there is no way to access this info from the turnstile or vending machine.

Unlimited 1-, 7- and 30-day Passes are available on TAPP, effective 5/4/26. 10-, 20- and 40-trips are already available. Trips and passes can be added online as well as from TAPP Vending Machines. Single Ride tickets are also available for purchase from TAPP Vending Machines.

@OpieRadio Look at Eero (from Amazon) or TP Link Deco mesh systems. Lots of YouTube videos and articles to learn more about but you connect one device to the router then place additional ones (nodes) in various places around the house. Better WiFi coverage/speed/reliability.
