@Terabytesoftw I've tried adding it to a new yii2 install on PHP 8.4. composer require app-dev-panel/adapter-yii2 --dev Tried disabling yii2 debug etc, can't see any sign the plugin is running. Docs just say: Open your app — the debug toolbar appears automatically.

Yii2… but make it 2026 🚀 A fully modernized developer experience: • Clean, real-time debug panel ⚡ • Inspector with health, routes, DB & metrics 📊 • Built-in tools for testing, static analysis & profiling 🔍 • Designed for long-running apps & modern PHP 🧠This isn’t just nostalgia it’s evolution. Old frameworks don’t die… they get rewritten properly. 😏🔥

My son, Saxon, is so based that he would just order milk when we went to dinner in LA. This would always stun the waitstaff, as they had never heard anyone actually order milk! He also unironically ordered a cheeseburger at a very uptight sushi restaurant that doesn’t even allow you to order supplemental soy sauce. When the waiter recovered from this request to reply that they don’t have cheeseburgers, Saxon said “Fine, I will have a hamburger.”

/r/mildlyinteresting In Portugal you pay up to €7.50 when you buy a laptop called a "copyright levy" You pay €4/TB of storage in the computer, so for a MacBook Neo 13" with 512GB that's €2.05 It's regulation made in 1998 to compensate artists for you illegally sharing MP3 files which nowadays of course doesn't make sense anymore since we have Spotify and YouTube Much of the money doesn't even arrive with artists btw, 30% is taken by the organization collecting the tax and lot of it remains unclaimed and some of that goes again to the organization collecting the tax as "operational costs" 🤡

There can be no doubt that Israel will benefit from this conflict, but so too will the United States. The reality is that global power is maintained through economic dominance and strategic leverage. Ultimately this is not a war to weaken Iran, to stop them acquiring nuclear weapons, or to free their people, this war is about US dominance and power. The petrodollar system must be protected, the rise of BRICS and the growing influence of Russia, China, and India must be countered. It is that simple. I understand the argument for staying out of this conflict as endless wars have cost lives and eroded public trust, but I also understand the argument for engagement. The United States represents roughly 5 per cent of the world’s population yet it controls close to 30 per cent of global GDP. That imbalance does not sustain itself by accident, it is underpinned by control of resources, trade routes and critically the dominance of the US dollar. If that position is to be maintained, then the systems that support it must be protected. This is the uncomfortable truth at the heart of this situation. We do not want a multipolar world, we want a world where the United States reigns supreme, a unipolar world. This is not an ideal position for President Trump, it is a deeply complex and high stakes decision that requires balancing national interest, global stability, and the cost in human lives. If we want the United States to continue in its position as a global superpower and leader of the free world then sadly there may be no alternative. President Trump is in a difficult position, may God guide him.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.

@steffingomes @jonathanstea One just ripped through and everyone I know who was unvaccinated survived and is doing fine. Can't say the same for the vaccinated. Thankfully most of them have stopped having the covid vaccine. Even the zero covid people on Reddit can finally say no mRNA without getting banned.

@jonathanstea Agreed, but the anti-vax movement is too dumb to understand that vaccinating oneself is actually quite the act of self-interest. You introduce herd immunity to protect yourself AND others. When a lethal virus rips through society, you'll wish you and others were vaccinated.

@davepl1968 @AndrewZywiecMD Fair call, but given the spectrum nature of it, until we can use it to only give out super powers as you have and not run the risk of severly disabling people we need to look at how it happens and if we can prevent (or perhaps better yet control it).

@MattWalshBlog This is true, but at the same time, good luck to them using whatever means available to them to keep their kingdom alive. Even if it is just appealing to white guilt. If it works it works. The same goes for the first nations people of Australia.

This is the point I've made about the Native Americans countless times. They didn't have any kind of metaphysical "right" to maintain ownership over this entire hemisphere. They obtained ownership in the first place through an act of sheer force. It would take force to keep it, and they couldn't keep it. That's the way it works, has always worked, and will only ever work.

The whole debate about which countries have "the right to exist" is based on a false premise. There is no "right to exist" for nations. What does that even mean? How can a country be entitled to exist? Every country on Earth came into existence through force and remains in existence through force. If you can't defend your existence, you will not exist anymore. The history of civilization is full of countries that existed and then ceased to exist. Are the rights of those countless now non-existent countries being perpetually violated by their non-existence? It makes no sense. If you can defend your existence, then you can exist. If you can't, then eventually you won't exist. It's really that simple. A right is an entitlement, by definition, and there is no country that has an eternal entitlement to exist whether it can defend and support itself or not. The very concept is absurd, meaningless.

@MattWalshBlog Dallas Willard defines a kingdom in a similar way. He explains that a kingdom (or "queendom" or "government") is the range of one's effective will - the realm or domain where what that person wants done actually gets done, because they have genuine say or control over it.
