If you are a founder or builder, being obsessed with what you do is a necessity to make an impact and build great products. Obsession is the key to success. Be obsessed with your field, details, research, user feedback, improving your product. Be obsessed with every-fucking-thing. Society praises "well roundedness" because well rounded people are manageable and predictable. Obsessive people are not. They are the outliers who break the models. To achieve something that 99% of people never achieve, you must be willing to do things that 99% of people find "unhealthy" or "extreme." Every major breakthrough in human history came from someone who was "imbalanced." You must be willing to let other areas of your life go quiet while you scream into your work. You embrace the imbalance because you know that a laser only cuts when its light is focused on a single microscopic point. Most people know a little about everything and nothing about mastery. Narrow focus and high depth win. Being relentless is a choice you make every thirty seconds. It is not a permanent state of being. It is a constant battle against the gravity of mediocrity. It is the refusal to accept the "good enough" version of yourself. If you want to be a relentless mfker, stop looking for the light at the end of the tunnel and realize that you are the light. You are the source of the energy that will transform your reality. Now get back to work.

DEMO DAY for cohort #8 at @xrpl_commons 🚀 Last night I attended the XRPL Commons Demo Day, and honestly, it always hits me in a very personal way. Watching a new cohort pitch their projects brings back a lot. I’ve been in their shoes. I know what it takes : the pressure, the uncertainty, the late nights, and the courage to stand up and share something you’ve built from the ground up. And this time again, the level was incredible. Every single project felt thoughtful, relevant, and grounded in real-world problems. It’s easy to talk about blockchain in theory, but what I saw yesterday was different: real solutions, built on XRP, addressing real needs on a global scale. Voting felt just as hard. Huge congratulations to @joyness_mesh 💕💕💕 and Alan. And truly, respect to the entire cohort! The quality across the board was outstanding. Excited to see what comes next for all of you.
