Some day the @Steelheads will figure out how to turn up the volume on the Flo hockey broadcast. It’s only been 3 seasons of blowing my eardrums when it goes to commercials.

@Raul_Labrador I don’t mind funding public schools. But using my taxpayer funds to funnel money to private schools is not ok.
Since I don’t have kids, where’s my choice?
English

Parents have the God-given right to guide their children's education. As the father of five kids, I know each of my children learned differently. What works for one doesn't work for all. This law gives families that choice and takes nothing from public schools. My office looks forward to defending it at the Idaho Supreme Court tomorrow.

@HypergeekWiFi @vmiss33 Markdown or GTFO.
I love writing in markdown.

@vmiss33 What does Notes not do that you want? A lot of the best features are…not well documented.

@kmcnam1 My wife was like “you aren’t taking that on vacation, are you?”
I was. I did.

@Merocle Curious how you are connecting that m.2 board. Looks cool.

MagSat v0.1
The prototype of the device is a companion to your phone. This is just the first module, more of a proof of concept. The idea is that it will be a sandwich of various modules, from an extra battery to powerful WiFi compatible with Kali Linux.
What do you think? Do you need such a device, and what modules would be interesting to see?

@TracketPacer I got a Nintendo switch 2 as an early present, but I’ve really been eyeing a new 10g aggregation switch for my house.

@HypergeekWiFi The reviews haven’t been great. I like that it exists, but hope the arm community gets it together.

I want one. I dunno what I’d do with it.

@HypergeekWiFi @kmcnam1 Sound card?!? If you think Wi-Fi should work without wrapping a windows driver, you’re entitled.
English

@kmcnam1 I remember when entitlement meant expecting your sound card to work.

@TracketPacer I love the term hotfire. It has just the right amount of “duh, fire is hot” to make me chuckle.
English

@rjonesy Clearly a lot of those reviews are old. Look at them - things that haven't been true for a long time.
My partner relies on audio instructions. Google's are useless. Google says "Turn R at foo street". Apple says "Turn R at the next light". One of those is much clearer.
English

@TracketPacer Today’s plan: use the term bit-banging in casual conversation.
English

ok legitimately tho wtf is bit-banging
