@TracketPacer I’m just gonna wait over here for when someone needs a “CAT6 Whiskey” test.

side note the test is called “CAT6 water” because Mike literally took a box cutter to the jacket & stuck it in a tube full of water

i love a modern cable tester that’ll just be like “in case you’re too dumb to read this… you got cable water”

Some day the @Steelheads will figure out how to turn up the volume on the Flo hockey broadcast. It’s only been 3 seasons of blowing my eardrums when it goes to commercials.

@Raul_Labrador I don’t mind funding public schools. But using my taxpayer funds to funnel money to private schools is not ok. Since I don’t have kids, where’s my choice?

Parents have the God-given right to guide their children's education. As the father of five kids, I know each of my children learned differently. What works for one doesn't work for all. This law gives families that choice and takes nothing from public schools. My office looks forward to defending it at the Idaho Supreme Court tomorrow. idahostatesman.com/opinion/reader…

@vmiss33 What does Notes not do that you want? A lot of the best features are…not well documented.

OK who's a fan of Notion? I'm recovering from Evernote...Apple notes app doesn't do enough. Office Suite/Google Docs is too heavy and not cohesive enough.

On a shitty note: I may have strep. On a good note: I caught it early, feel relatively ok, and this bad boy is getting out for its first trip.

MagSat v0.1 The prototype of the device is a companion to your phone. This is just the first module, more of a proof of concept. The idea is that it will be a sandwich of various modules, from an extra battery to powerful WiFi compatible with Kali Linux. What do you think? Do you need such a device, and what modules would be interesting to see?

@HypergeekWiFi @kmcnam1 Sound card?!? If you think Wi-Fi should work without wrapping a windows driver, you’re entitled.

In the year of our lord 2025, it is "entitlement" to expect a Linux distro to be able to be virtualized.

@rjonesy Clearly a lot of those reviews are old. Look at them - things that haven't been true for a long time. My partner relies on audio instructions. Google's are useless. Google says "Turn R at foo street". Apple says "Turn R at the next light". One of those is much clearer.
