@AmazonHelp I know how genuinely you work if we DM the concern. I raised a concern on Sept 30, 2024. Still no resolution. Useless and shameless to cheat customers. Amazon ate my hard earned money without any shame.

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp Disappointed with Amazon. Package not delivered but status is "delivered to resident". We are in my home only. Not sure where it was delivered. No contact number of delivery agent and can't reach out Amazon customer service.

@AmazonHelp Finally received package from some unknown person. Delivery agent given it in a complete different building. It make sense if he gives it to neighbours in the the same building at least. Moreover he updated delivery status as "package given to resident" How embarrassing it is.

@AmazonHelp Unfortunately only our doors opened since we know about the delivery and all our neighbours' doors locked today. I need information from you that when your delivery agent came to my building to deliver the package. So that I will check in our CCTV footage.

@StarHealthIns Ridiculous. When proposal is cancelled, you shud refund the amount to the account from where the payment done. This is how everyone does. Why didn't you mention the same in cancellation email? do you know this process or simply throwing something on my side and doing timepass?
