@MakeAugusta But you print the designations on the components in high relief, clear text, right? And the descriptions are in plain language that doesn't need a special table that I need to make an account to access, right?

@AsteroidEnergy @PythonMaps It’s really convenient that Earth’s modal elevation is ~sea level. Imagine how inconvenient it would be if it were even just 1 km higher or lower.

May I politely ask why Europe hasn‘t managed to start producing weapon systems for Ukraine & itself after 4 years of the worst war on the continent? Or is this also the fault of the Americans? Are we Europeans that kind of infantile and with zero skin in the game? Embarrassing.
Pepel Klaasa@pepel_klaasa

The United States is holding up virtually all weapons deliveries purchased by EU countries. It is not like we’re completely defenseless here, but it’s obvious that if Russia attacks within the next year or two, we can’t rely not only on U.S. assistance – but even on weapons supplies. For Estonia, this is especially critical. news.err.ee/1610000377/est…

Lou@lougrims

@BellikOzan @AST_SpaceMobile For some reasons they weirdly undersized their prop system for such a large and high power spacecraft.

@SpaceKoala What you just described would've landed people on the Moon years ago. The US really missed out on using ELV's to launch an EOR architecture.

Just imagined strapping a Crew Dragon on a Falcon Heavy with a Helios third stage, and launching it to meet a souped up Grey Dragon lunar lander that was launched on a previous Falcon Helios Heavy. That's what a Soyuz for a lunar mission feels like to me.
Delta9250@deltaIV9250

A Soyuz sitting atop a Fregat can give you enough delta V to enter and leave low lunar orbit. Alternatively, this stack could be boosted by a waiting Block D in LEO, and have enough delta V to enter and leave NRHO No new rockets, no new capsules, no new stages. A tragedy.
