@Fortnums so upset. Ordered a hamper in November for delivery today for my Mum as i wont get to see her at Christmas, no at the last minute you are telling me you have no stock. It is disgraceful and unacceptable. What are you going to do? #soupset

It has gone 3 days now without a single change to my baggage tracking. I have no clue what @British_Airways were thinking, they knew full well that none of that baggage was making it on the flight and just decided to say nothing. 1/2

@British_Airways Can you advise when we will receive our baggage. 2000 plus people couldn’t collect baggage at Terminal 5 this afternoon!! It’s not acceptable, there should be a back up. Not happy at all

@TicketmasterCS please advise how i can get a refund for the utter shambles at Michael Buble on Sat. Sat in traffic for 3.5 hours like 1000’s of other people. To then see 10 mins of concert. So disappointed

Appalling experience trying to see #michaelbuble @ #waddesdonmanor, 3 hrs to do a 20 min trip, no signs or useful Marshalls, no traffic management, parked @ 21:33 only to find MB had finished…. why let us in, gutted … how can I get a refund @ticketmaster?

@kathy1philips @senbla I don't know for definite. My family have gone and ended up dumping the car somewhere and attempting to walk the rest. They can hear him on stage whilst walking. A few others on twitter have said the same.

@senbla what an utter shambles to get to Michael Buble at Waddeston@ Manor. Appalling directions, no signage, no one to ask, still in car in traffic to park in the carpark we prepaid for. Now 20.52 and will probably miss the start!!! Awful organising
