Bought @AvvatarIndia Whey earlier from official website, recently purchased another pack from a local store.
Product is authenticated as genuine, but there’s a noticeable difference in mixing consistency (feels more diluted vs previous pack).
@AmazonHelp So @AmazonIN if a product has a “replacement only” policy, customers are forced to keep replacing the same poor-quality item instead of getting refund. How is that fair? Paid more expecting better quality, got the same cheap product, and now no way out. This isn’t customer-first.
