@ITAAirways we booked/ paid for upgraded comfort economy seats. My seat was moved without notice. In order to sit with my wife we were downgraded seats. For the over $300 extra we paid for these seats we should have gotten upgraded not downgraded. How do I get a refund?

@Xfinity, @XfinitySupport how do I get the “Complete your Order” emails to stop. They are coming in every 30 minutes 24 hours a day. I have tried unsubscribing, I have tried to clear my cart and nothing seems to work

@flaviar_com I look forward to your advent calendar every year, but I don’t like seeing it half price when i payed full price. Not a great way to reward your repeat customers.

@SouthwestAir how do I get a name change resolved for my RR account. I have sent in 2 requests to change my name and each time they say it’s resolved and it’s not.

@away I love my Medium bag, but there is one thing that bothers me every time I use it. One strap for the compression function was put on backwards, so I need to twist it to clip it. Is there an easy fix to this?

TRAVEL ALERT: As of 4pm today, all of the SMF parking lots are at capacity. Please follow signs to park in the West Economy Lot, this is a pre-pay lot. Shuttles are running every 5-10 minutes.

@FedExHelp do you know how frustrating it is waiting on a package requiring a signature for two days now? Expected delivery was Wednesday, moved to Thursday, and now moved to Friday. Why? Who knows. Come to expect it now with @FedEx

@AlaskaAir can you look into why I was charged a Flight Change fee of $25.00 when your website shows no Change Fees ever? Conf can be provided
